Warranty Period
The Easierhike beach canopy is protected by an Extended Warranty for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
To activate your Extended Warranty, please complete the product registration by submitting your purchase information using the form below.

Warranty Details
Coverage: This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect assembly.


Claims Process: Should you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@easierhike.com. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase to begin the warranty review.


Resolution: Once a valid defect is confirmed, Easierhike will either repair or replace the defective product or part at our discretion. If the same model is unavailable, a product of similar or greater value may be offered as a substitute.


Limitations: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty. Easierhike’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product.


Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or conditions outside normal use is not covered.


Legal Rights: This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state or country. You may also retain additional rights under local consumer law.
